About the role
As an Order Taker in the In‑Room Dining (IRD) team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing dining orders to their rooms. Your role is essential in delivering the warm, memorable hospitality experience that Hilton is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process in‑room dining orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain clear communication with guests to confirm order details and special requests.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
