Outdoor Sales Executive – Aluminum, Glass, UPVC & Pergolas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new business and drive sales of aluminium, glass, UPVC and pergola solutions across the UAE construction market. The role involves field visits, networking with key stakeholders and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminium, glass, UPVC and pergola projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects and villa owners.
• Generate enquiries through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and negotiate commercial terms to meet sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outdoor sales within the aluminium, glass, UPVC, pergola or building‑materials industry.
• Familiarity with the UAE construction and building‑materials market is preferred.
• Strong network and ability to develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and villa owners.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently in a field‑sales environment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Relationship‑building and client‑management skills.
• UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Knowledge of the UAE market and existing client relationships (advantage).
