About the role
Join Abercrombie & Fitch as a Brand Representative in Abu Dhabi, working 18 hours per week. You will bring the store experience to life by engaging customers, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service, initiate conversations, and offer product support and styling guidance.
- Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
- Handle online orders, including Save the Sale, In‑Store Pick‑Up, and ship‑from‑store packaging.
Required profile
- Emirati national.
- Preferred 1 year of customer‑service experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, multi‑tasking, strong work ethic.
