Outdoor Sales Representative – Beauty Industry

About the role

Madi International is looking for a passionate Outdoor Sales Representative for its Hair division. The role involves technical product demonstrations and driving sales growth across salons and beauty professionals in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Develop and grow existing salon accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and product lines into existing and new accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Brand teams to execute business strategies effectively.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on technical experience combined with strong sales exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert them into sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
