Outlet Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead one of the premium food & beverage outlets at Raffles The Palm Dubai. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure seamless daily operations, uphold the brand’s luxury standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise all outlet staff.
• Develop and maintain training programmes to raise staff professionalism.
• Manage day‑to‑day outlet operations, including service flow and inventory control.
• Handle guest complaints and execute effective service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with F&B policies, procedures and grooming standards.
• Maintain full product knowledge across the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage quality.
• Follow established accounting procedures and financial controls.
• Hold monthly one‑to‑one staff meetings to set targets and review performance.
• Conduct daily role‑plays to reinforce service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a food & beverage outlet in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and guest‑service orientation.
• Good knowledge of hospitality standards, health & safety, and accounting basics.
