About the role
The Outlets Manager will lead the All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge/Bar at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a multicultural restaurant team.
- Control food and payroll budgets, drive sales and maximize revenue.
- Develop menus in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team and conduct monthly stock takes.
- Handle guest queries promptly and evaluate satisfaction levels for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant/outlet manager in a 5‑star hotel.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a multi‑national team.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
- Experience with outlet openings and managing a variety of outlets.
- Highly organized, motivated and skilled in staff training and administration.
