Outside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for a premium beauty and skincare brand across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with salons, spas and wellness centres, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales, networking and direct client outreach.
• Develop new client accounts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Build and nurture relationships with salons, beauty centres, skincare clinics, spas and other potential partners.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations and product introductions.
• Develop corporate, VIP and high‑value client accounts.
• Identify new partnership and business opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales and new‑client acquisition targets.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the beauty and skincare industry.
• Proven UAE experience in outside sales, field sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, cosmetics and professional beauty products/services.
• Established network within the UAE beauty industry (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi market.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car (highly preferred).
