Padel Coach

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Padel Coach to join our family‑oriented academy in the UAE. You will work with players of all ages, creating a fun and engaging learning environment while contributing ideas to help the academy grow.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions for children and adults in the academy.
• Lead Match Making and Americano sessions, including playing when required.
• Organise and supervise events and tournaments, manage scores and prize presentations.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of padel coaching experience.
• Currently residing in the UAE; prior UAE coaching experience with references is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with both children and adults.
• Energetic, professional, approachable and aligned with a family‑oriented academy culture.
• Visionary mindset willing to follow the academy’s coaching structure while adding personal teaching style.

Required skills

What we offer

• 30 hours per week with a fixed monthly salary.
• Additional hours paid at an hourly rate.
• Performance and contract review after six months, with potential role and compensation adjustments.
