Paint Technician – Jakarta Recruitment Event

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking a Paint Technician to perform aircraft painting and related maintenance on its fleet. The position is based in Sharjah and will involve participation in an invitation‑only recruitment event in Jakarta during the first week of September 2026 for shortlisted candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Review task cards with the Engineer‑in‑Charge to understand work scope, priorities and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and execute scheduled aircraft painting tasks, ensuring correct parts, tools and ground support equipment are used.
• Carry out paint repairs in accordance with approved data, procedures and safety standards.
• Manage tooling and equipment, returning it in good condition after use.
• Report task status regularly and flag any issues with aircraft condition or execution.
• Apply mandatory safety precautions, use protective equipment and follow human‑factors guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in aircraft painting or airframe maintenance.
• Availability to attend the Jakarta recruitment event in early September 2026 if shortlisted.
• Ability to work onsite in an aviation maintenance environment.
