Paralegal – Legal Team (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our legal team in Dubai. Reporting to the META General Counsel, you will work on a hybrid schedule to support legal operations, corporate governance and administrative coordination across the META region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain statutory records, filings and governance documentation for Honeywell’s META entities.
• Prepare board and shareholder materials, including resolutions, powers of attorney, minutes and corporate documents.
• Manage corporate licensing, renewals and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance.
• Track deadlines, filings and regulatory obligations, escalating risks as needed.
• Optimize legal department workflows, trackers and reporting tools.
• Support implementation and maintenance of legal technology platforms, contract management tools and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate cross‑functional engagement between legal, compliance, finance and business teams.
• Provide administrative support to META legal leadership, including preparation of presentations, reports and dashboards.
• Assist with onboarding external counsel, vendor coordination and legal spend documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal or corporate governance support, with at least 4 years in the UAE.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Experience in multinational corporations or international law firms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Experience with legal documentation, records and workflow management.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools and contract/document management systems.
