Parent Relations Executive

About the role

The Parent Relations Executive will be a key ambassador for Harrow International School Dubai, delivering an exceptional experience for current and prospective families. Working closely with school leadership, you will help build a vibrant, inclusive community where parents feel supported and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and families to promote strong communication, trust, and engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parent enquiries, concerns, and requests, handling them professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
• Provide guidance to parents regarding their child’s educational journey and overall school experience.
• Handle parent concerns and complaints sensitively and ensure timely resolution.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new families, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Manage the prospective parent journey, including follow‑up engagement and conversion activities.
• Organise and coordinate parent‑engagement events such as conferences, open houses, workshops, and education programmes.
• Establish and manage the Harrow Parent School Association and promote active parent participation in school initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Demonstrated experience in family or community engagement, preferably within an educational setting.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced child‑protection screening, including background and police checks.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in education, communications, or related fields.
