Parent Relations Executive

About the role

The Parent Relations Executive will champion the school’s purpose, principles and values by delivering a seamless experience for families. This role works closely with admissions, pastoral care and safeguarding teams to support parents throughout the student journey.

Key responsibilities

• Implement parent‑relations strategies and model the school’s values.
• Organise and support social, networking and community events.
• Conduct school tours, open days and promotional activities to drive enrolment.
• Track and coordinate events that require parental involvement.
• Maintain transparent communication with parents and address enquiries promptly.
• Support parents with educational or behavioural concerns in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Record all parent and student interactions in the CRM system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate induction sessions for new families and assist during drop‑off and pick‑up times.
• Collect and analyse parent feedback, conduct exit interviews and prepare regular reports.
• Provide operational cover, act as line manager for reception staff and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in customer relations or service (minimum two years).
• Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of local culture and traditions.
