Parent Relations Executive

About the role

We are launching a new GEMS Founders School in Dubai for the 2024‑25 academic year and need a Parent Relations Executive to be the primary point of contact for our parent community. The role supports the Principal in building an engaged parent network that drives enrolment and enhances the school’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents, showcasing the school’s unique selling points to meet enrolment targets.
• Oversee the Front of House/Reception, ensuring high‑quality service for new and existing parents across all touchpoints.
• Develop and manage communication channels such as newsletters to keep parents informed and support retention.
• Organise parent and community events to foster engagement and participation in school activities.
• Create and share stories, photos and other content for internal newsletters, the school website, LCD screens and other channels.
• Produce and manage social media content on platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct regular surveys of new parents, analyse feedback and provide recommendations.
• Assist the Principal, CEO and corporate marketing team in implementing the school’s marketing strategy and keeping all digital materials up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• College degree (BA or BSc) from a recognised university – desirable.
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑service‑focused role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales or enrolment targets.
• Strong relationship‑management abilities with staff, students, parents and the wider school community.
