About the role
Join Chalhoub Group as a Part‑Time Fashion Consultant for Versace at Mall of the Emirates. You will represent a leading luxury brand, delivering exceptional guest experiences while contributing to sales targets in a vibrant, on‑site retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring a premium guest experience.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Drive omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
- Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social‑media campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and service‑level agreements for click‑and‑collect.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and contribute to CX initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
