Partner Alliance Manager - META

About the role

The Partner Alliance Manager – META will drive growth of GE Vernova’s solutions across the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Metals and Mining sectors in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region. Reporting to the Global Leader of Channels and Alliances, you will build and nurture strategic partner relationships to expand market reach and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of each regional partner’s organization, priorities and risk factors.
• Manage a pipeline of partner‑generated opportunities and support conversion to sales.
• Create and execute joint business plans with partners, defining targets, metrics and success stories.
• Publish regular partner scorecards, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Promote GE Vernova’s Asset Performance Management and Operations Performance Management solutions to partner ecosystems.
• Differentiate solutions from competitors and drive joint sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing partner or channel relationships in industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong ability to engage senior executives, engineers, architects and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multicultural environments.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth (ARR) through partnership ecosystems.
