Partner Growth & Incubation Manager – TikTok LIVE

About the role

The LIVE Operations team at TikTok is building a scalable, high‑performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, the Partner Growth & Incubation Manager will expand the local agency network, incubate partners, and drive creator growth and monetisation through data‑driven programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard high‑potential agencies, MCNs, and talent organisations to grow the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Dubai.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with partners, aligning on platform strategy, content direction, and growth priorities.
• Establish and manage LIVE agency communities, designing engagement mechanisms to improve activity, retention, and performance.
• Design and execute incubation programs, including agency education, creator recruitment, and monetisation acceleration plans.
• Track and analyse agency and creator performance metrics, using data insights to optimise community operations and partner strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data teams to support partner success and execute growth initiatives.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to share best practices and platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in business development within internet, media, or entertainment industries.
• Proven background in agency operations, partner management, or ecosystem growth for live streaming or social media platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
