Parts Consultant – Battery Sales

About the role

Al Masaood Bergum is looking for a proactive Parts Consultant focused on battery sales to expand its B2B automotive parts business in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering high‑quality service that drives revenue and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B customers while meeting assigned sales revenue and gross‑profit targets.
• Promote automotive parts, with a strong emphasis on battery sales, and upsell related accessories.
• Negotiate pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track lost sales, follow up on incomplete transactions, and improve conversion KPIs.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead parts awareness campaigns, communicate monthly offers, and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Record all sales activities and customer data accurately in the Autoline system and follow SOPs for order processing and inventory management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in automotive parts sales, preferably with battery products.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and B2B account management.
• Strong understanding of the local automotive market and regional trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
