Part‑time Engineering / Architecture Role for Final‑Year Students

About the role

Jacobs is offering a part‑time position for final‑year students in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering or architecture, based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role provides hands‑on experience on real projects while allowing you to continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers or architects with preparation of drawings and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections where required.
• Support design calculations, analysis and modelling.
• Participate in project meetings, coordination and quality‑assurance activities.
• Maintain project files and records in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Enrolled as a final‑year student in a Bachelor’s program in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture at an accredited institution.
• Strong academic performance and good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours around your academic schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering software relevant to your discipline.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
