Part‑time Lecturer – Business Strategy

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is seeking a part‑time faculty member to teach Business Strategy during its Summer II 2026 term, beginning 13 July 2026. The appointment will be at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications and experience. The role focuses on delivering engaging, applied teaching that links strategic management theory with contemporary business practice.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Business Strategy and related management subjects.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, case discussions and experiential learning activities.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments and learning resources aligned with approved syllabi.
• Assess student performance, provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of attendance and grades.
• Support student learning through consultation, guidance and academic advising.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching and learning within the School of Management.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategic Management, International Business, Management, Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Business Strategy or related courses in higher education.
• Evidence of effective teaching and student engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to student‑centred teaching.
