Part‑Time Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, part‑time receptionist to join the corporate office of Azizi Foods in Dubai. The role offers flexible hours to accommodate school pick‑ups and provides an opportunity to grow into a senior receptionist position. The position supports the current full‑time receptionist and ensures smooth daily operations of the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, screen and forward calls on the telephone switchboard, taking messages and providing information.
• Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit and escort them to the appropriate destination.
• Manage travel arrangements and conference‑room bookings.
• Maintain the general filing system, handle couriers, process invoices and manage petty cash.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional phone manner.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work part‑time hours with flexibility for personal commitments.
• Willingness to stay in the role for several years and eventually take over the senior receptionist position.

Required skills

• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Basic administrative abilities such as filing and handling invoices.
