About the role
Magrudy is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Retail Sales Associates to work in its stores in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role involves eight hours of duty per day, six days a week, in a fast‑moving retail environment where customer interaction is key.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and answer their queries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays.
- Deliver friendly, high‑quality customer service at all times.
- Support day‑to‑day store operational procedures.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude, team spirit and flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid residence visa and No Objection Certificate from the sponsor.
