About the role
The Service Champion provides exceptional in‑branch support, welcoming customers, guiding them to digital solutions and generating leads where possible.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, foreign exchange and related banking requests.
- Direct customers to FAB Mobile, ATMs and CDMs, educate them on digital features and encourage self‑service.
- Capture potential leads, achieve referral and NPS targets, and ensure error‑free, compliant transactions.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of relevant banking experience.
- Detail‑oriented, confidential and customer‑service focused.
Required skills
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of bank products, digital channels and customer‑service principles.
