About the role
The Passenger Service Agent ensures a smooth and professional experience for travelers throughout their airport journey. Working at a busy international hub, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them navigate check‑in, security, boarding and any issues that arise.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services.
- Resolve passenger inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure timely operations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming service area.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Capable of performing under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
