Pastry Demi Chef De Partie – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Accor Plus is seeking a motivated Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join its Abu Dhabi kitchen team. You will work on‑site, supporting the Pastry Chef in creating a wide range of high‑quality pastries, desserts and baked goods while maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and execute pastry recipes according to specifications.
• Create, bake, and decorate pastries and desserts with consistent quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Collaborate daily with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory of pastry supplies and report usage.
• Contribute ideas for new recipes and menu items.

Required profile

• Professional culinary skills in pastry preparation.
• Experience in a professional pastry kitchen or similar environment (minimum 1 month).
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene and food preparation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Formal culinary education or certification in pastry arts is a plus.
