Patient Relations Executive – Hindi Speaker (Discovery Gardens, Dubai)

About the role

The Patient Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors at HealthHub Clinics, Al‑Futtaim’s healthcare brand in Dubai. Reporting to the clinic manager, you will ensure every patient interaction is welcoming, accurate and seamless, from initial inquiry through to post‑visit follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide clear information about services, appointments and clinic procedures.
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments, follow‑ups and referrals in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints and queries with empathy, escalating issues when required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records while respecting confidentiality and data‑protection policies.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, billing questions and payment processes.
• Promote HealthHub services and support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a patient‑facing role within a healthcare setting.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using healthcare management systems.
