Patient Relations Executive

About the role

The Patient Relations Executive will act as the primary point of contact for patients receiving home healthcare services. This role ensures a seamless experience by handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and following up before and after services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, providing accurate information about services.
• Coordinate doctor home visits, IV therapy, physiotherapy, lab tests, and other home healthcare appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and track patient appointments and home visits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records and service logs.
• Follow up with patients before and after services to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, laboratory teams, and other staff to deliver timely care.
• Address patient concerns professionally and coordinate resolutions.
• Communicate appointment details, reports, and service updates to patients.
• Uphold confidentiality of all patient information and medical records.
