People & Culture Executive – UAE National

About the role

People & Culture Executives provide generalist support across the full employee lifecycle within their allocated school and cluster. They act as the first point of contact for school‑based colleagues and ensure consistent delivery of People & Culture processes, policies and systems while collaborating with the Cluster P&C Manager and Talent team.

Key responsibilities

• Validate attendance reports and support monthly payroll cycles, processing new joiners, terminations and salary revisions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle Fusion, liaise with HQ Payroll for end‑of‑service calculations and coordinate employee documentation.
• Assist in recruitment activities including CV screening, offer processing, reference checks and organise recruitment events.
• Support onboarding, visa applications, induction sessions and ensure a positive experience for new joiners.
• Handle employee relations cases, investigations and disciplinary matters in line with UAE labour law.
• Prepare regular People & Culture reports, maintain confidential records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of People & Culture experience, preferably in education or hospitality.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law, payroll processes and HR systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
