Director Talent and Organizational Development

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing UAE‑based organisation that views people and culture as a key growth enabler. The Director of Talent and Organizational Development will lead the design and delivery of talent development, leadership programmes, succession planning and organisational design initiatives. Partnering with senior leadership, the role will shape future‑ready capabilities and embed performance‑management and cultural frameworks across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent development, leadership programmes and succession planning to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Design and implement organisational design and development frameworks aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with senior executives to embed performance‑management, culture initiatives and long‑term workforce planning.
• Influence leadership behaviours and drive transformation across the organisation.

Required profile

• Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
• Strong exposure to leadership development and transformation environments.
• Preferable experience in the UAE or GCC markets.
• Demonstrated credibility with senior leaders and design‑thinking capability.
