People & Culture Manager – Cluster

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to lead the HR function across a cluster of schools in Abu Dhabi. The role partners with school principals and senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business partner for multiple campuses, providing strategic advice and operational support.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and ADEK regulations.
• Guide school leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and succession planning.
• Manage HR information systems, maintain data accuracy, produce reports and oversee compliance documentation.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and Emiratization targets across the cluster.
• Represent the assigned schools in group‑wide HR initiatives, audits and projects.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR practices within an educational environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing HR functions across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, ADEK regulations and Emiratization requirements.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to balance day‑to‑day operational needs with long‑term strategic planning.
