Performance Coach – Group & Personal Training

About the role

InnerFight is seeking a Performance Coach to deliver world‑class coaching across group classes, personal training sessions, and community events. You will be responsible for creating a supportive environment that helps members become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional group coaching and personal training to members of all ability levels.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and motivating start to their fitness journey.
• Maintain high standards of class preparation, delivery, and professionalism.
• Support programming, coach development, and continual education initiatives.
• Contribute to community events, challenges, and experiences that reinforce the InnerFight culture.

Required profile

• Passionate about coaching people and building lasting relationships.
• Experience in group fitness, strength & conditioning, or functional fitness coaching.
• Energetic, professional, and enjoys working with diverse members.
• Thrives in a team environment while taking ownership of personal development.
