Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Giving Movement is a purpose‑driven luxury fashion brand based in Dubai, seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid‑media ecosystem. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and turn data into growth for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own paid‑media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads and emerging platforms, setting ROAS, CAC and growth targets.
• Translate performance goals into detailed creative briefs for designers and shoot teams, ensuring the right visuals and formats.
• Build, launch and manage campaigns end‑to‑end, monitor budgets and KPIs in real time, and continuously refresh creatives, audiences and bidding strategies.
• Conduct deep‑dive post‑campaign analyses, present insights to leadership and feed learnings into future plans.
• Allocate spend by country and funnel stage, driving sustainable acquisition and revenue growth.
• Partner with CRM, social and product teams to align paid media with broader brand storytelling and report performance updates in company meetings.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of performance‑marketing experience with a consumer e‑commerce or fashion/lifestyle brand.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) for multi‑market campaign creation and review.
• Experience scaling paid media in the GCC or MENA region is a plus.
