Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for our cross‑border e‑commerce and payment solutions across the Middle East. You will own revenue KPIs, drive customer acquisition from SMBs to freelancers, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end business lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East go‑to‑market plan aligned with PingPong’s revenue targets.
• Own independent revenue KPIs and collaborate with the conversion team to manage acquisition, registration, activation, and retention.
• Target small‑to‑medium businesses, freelancers and individual entrepreneurs through a self‑service model.
• Acquire customers via online and offline channels such as influencer marketing, social media, affiliate programs, SEO/SEM, and regional partnerships.
• Work with risk, product, and operations teams to create support assets (videos, docs, Q&A) for self‑service usage.
• Continuously refine marketing, pricing, product and risk strategies through funnel analysis, market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize marketing ROI and profit by leveraging viral/fission growth tactics and region‑specific content.
• Support local brand marketing and enable the direct sales team’s market entry.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, fintech, payments or SaaS.
• Proven success in the Middle East market, especially UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets through digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with a full suite of acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical ability and familiarity with Google Analytics.
