Personal Brand & Content Manager

About the role

KATAL Property Investment is seeking a creative, strategic, and hands‑on Personal Brand & Content Manager to shape and grow the personal brands of senior leaders. This role goes beyond traditional social‑media management, turning insights, conversations, and market knowledge into compelling, recognizable personal brand content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a distinct personal brand strategy, positioning, voice, and content identity for each leader.
• Generate fresh content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and storytelling concepts.
• Plan, direct, and shoot short‑form videos, interviews, behind‑the‑scenes pieces, and other creative formats.
• Edit videos or oversee the full editing process.
• Manage content distribution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Transform real‑estate news, market insights, meetings, and experiences into relevant content opportunities.
• Identify trends and react quickly to timely topics.
• Coordinate personal‑brand content with KATAL’s corporate channels.
• Monitor performance metrics such as audience growth, engagement, and watch time.
• Continuously test and refine hooks, formats, topics, and overall strategy.

Required profile

• Creative thinker capable of generating original ideas.
• Strategic mindset to build authentic personal brands.
• Hands‑on executor who can take a concept from idea to publication.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Abu Dhabi.
