Personal Care Demand Fulfillment Manager Arabia

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Manager for the Personal Care (PC) category in Arabia. Based in Dubai, you will lead the demand and supply planning agenda, acting as a central part of the S&OP process and collaborating with category, marketing, sales, procurement and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own short‑, mid‑ and long‑term sales forecasts for Skin Cleansing, Oral and Deodorants sub‑categories.
• Drive harmonised demand planning processes and tools to achieve service, inventory, waste and forecast‑accuracy targets.
• Identify and mitigate demand‑supply risks, ensuring sustainable business performance.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships with PC Category Teams, Customer Development, Marketing, Sourcing Units, Market & Sales Organisations, Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Provide insights and performance metrics for demand plan and S&OP effectiveness.

Required profile

• Energetic and passionate professional with experience in complex forecasting and demand‑supply planning.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain forecasting models that deliver business insights.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to translate data into actionable plans.
