Pest Control Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Pest Control Supervisor to lead our field technicians in Dubai. The role involves overseeing pest management operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff across multiple service locations.
• Inspect client sites to identify infestations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance, maintaining service schedules and documentation.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.
• Address customer concerns and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Enforce workplace health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in pest control operations, with at least 1‑2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid pest control/operator license as required by UAE regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Training in chemical handling and pesticide application certification.
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations; First Aid and HSE certification preferred.
