Pharmacist (DHA Licensed) – Walk‑in Interviews

About the role

GMG is seeking a DHA‑licensed pharmacist to join its retail pharmacy network. The position involves direct customer interaction, medication dispensing, and supporting sales targets across all Super Care product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, determine required drugs, and assess suitability.
• Provide customers with information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper storage.
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Conduct patient questioning to understand needs and offer appropriate assistance.
• Achieve sales targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling of Super Care categories.
• Order, purchase, store, and handle pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with local pharmacy regulations, including preparation, labeling, and delivery.
• Maintain and report pharmacy records to authorities such as the Dubai Health Authority and Ministry of Health.
• Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing issues.
• Handle daily operational tasks including inventory, expiry management, and merchandising.
• Work flexible shifts and locations as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D) from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License or eligibility letter.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dispensing procedures, and patient counselling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a retail pharmacy environment with flexible shifts.
