Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in Dubai. The role involves delivering professional, cost‑effective pharmaceutical services while ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications with accurate labeling and provide clear usage, dosage and safety instructions.
• Maintain medication stock levels and proper storage in the pharmacy and wards according to company standards and best practice.
• Ensure accurate patient billing processes for pharmaceutical services.

Required profile

• B.Pharm degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital or clinic pharmacy.

Required skills

• Implementation of JCIA standards for pharmacies.
• Knowledge of patient experience principles and best practices.
• Stock control principles and management.
• Understanding of the UAE healthcare regulatory framework.
