Pharmacy Assistant – Full‑Time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Dubai pharmacy team. The role involves supporting the pharmacist with clerical and stock‑management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update patient files accurately.
• Place orders for pharmaceutical supplies and receive/unpack deliveries.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions for medicines and other supplies.
• Take inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical stock.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct medication‑related queries to the pharmacist.
• Keep shelves organized, stocked and work areas clean at all times.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or similar retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills to interact with patients and the pharmacy team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
