About the role
The Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist will lead the community pharmacy located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. The role combines professional pharmaceutical services with day‑to‑day management of the pharmacy, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately in line with UAE regulations and professional standards.
- Provide pharmaceutical advice and counseling on prescription and OTC products.
- Maintain compliance with DHA requirements, UAE pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, manage inventory, monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and uphold health, safety and infection‑control standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and promote customer retention.
- Support achievement of sales and service targets while maintaining ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, controlled substances and inventory.
