Phase Level Lead – Upper Key Stage 2

About the role

Aldar Academies are seeking an experienced Phase Level Lead (Upper Key Stage 2) for Mamoura British Academy. This senior primary leadership position will manage the Upper Key Stage 2 phase and contribute to whole‑school improvement initiatives for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Upper Key Stage 2 team, aligning daily practice with the school’s vision, strategic drivers and development plan.
• Design and implement innovative initiatives that raise attainment and improve teaching and learning across the phase.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on phase performance through the MER (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Review) process.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistency of standards and share best practice school‑wide.
• Foster a culture of continuous professional development and high expectations among staff.
