Phone Support Specialist - Arabic

About the role

Revolut is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Phone Support Specialist to join its Customer Support team. You will be the first point of contact for Arabic‑speaking users, helping them navigate Revolut’s financial products and ensuring a smooth, confident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone support to Arabic‑speaking customers, ensuring a seamless experience with Revolut’s financial products.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through complex features.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication, representing the brand positively.
• Collaborate with product and international teams to resolve problems and improve the service.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or provisional certificate).
• At least 18 months of customer‑service experience.
• Native‑level Arabic and C1‑level English fluency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Self‑motivated, flexible team player with independent problem‑solving approach.
