Physical Education Teacher - Secondary

About the role

GEMS Winchester School in Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher for the secondary phase. You will join a high‑performing team that blends the National Curriculum for England with UAE cultural values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated PE lessons for secondary students.
• Develop students' physical skills, fitness, tactical understanding and confidence.
• Provide appropriate challenge and support for learners of all abilities, including those with additional needs.
• Assess, record and monitor student progress, giving timely feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development, departmental reviews and extracurricular sport programmes.
• Coach school teams, organise fixtures and ensure safety of all activities.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills
