Physiotherapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at Orthoplus Bone & Joint Center in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide evidence‑based physiotherapy services to patients with joint, spinal and post‑surgical conditions, while supporting the centre’s commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify physical problems and develop individualized treatment programmes.
• Provide rehabilitation for joint, spinal, accident‑related, injury and stroke patients, especially post‑surgery.
• Supervise and instruct physiotherapy assistants and aides.
• Document patient case notes, reports and statistics accurately.
• Educate patients and carers on condition prevention and improvement.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality‑management activities.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment, order supplies and ensure a safe work environment.
• Report adverse clinical events and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered physiotherapist practising within the standards and ethics of the profession.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families and health professionals.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
