Pipeline Integrity Engineer

About the role

KBR is seeking a senior Engineer to lead pipeline integrity activities on a high‑profile PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on integrity pigging surveys, advising asset owners, and ensuring the ADNOC Offshore Pipeline Integrity Strategy remains up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement all pipeline integrity activities, including Integrity Pigging Surveys.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to capture and store inspection data.
• Produce and execute Intelligent Pigging (IP) in‑line inspection master plans.
• Validate, review, and assess inspection findings and issue integrity status summary reports.
• Advise on pipeline integrity status, recommend actions, and set next inspection dates.
• Support development and implementation of PIMS‑related supporting systems and pipeline integrity procedures.
• Assist management and business units with technical advice on integrity issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline integrity engineering.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection data and produce actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to asset owners and senior management.
