Play‑Zone Lead

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Play‑Zone Lead to manage the daily operations of our Play‑Zone at Sensation Station in Jebel Ali. You will inspire children and families by creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences, while leading a dedicated Play Team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Play‑Zone, ensuring safety, cleanliness and readiness of all equipment.
• Lead, train and support the Play Team to deliver high‑quality, engaging activities.
• Design and run creative clubs, workshops, group activities and special events that foster children’s creativity and social development.
• Develop new games and experiences, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the Play‑Zone.
• Manage schedules, inventory, checklists and coordinate with Reception and other departments.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and resolving operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, family entertainment or a similar hands‑on role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing out‑of‑the‑box activities.
• Good understanding of child development, play‑based learning and safety practices.
• Fluent in English and flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
