Plumber Foreman – Dubai Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Foreman to lead plumbing works on our construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair water supply and drainage piping systems.
• Fit and connect PPR, PVC, UPVC, GI and other plumbing pipes and fittings.
• Install sanitary fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, showers and floor drains.
• Identify and rectify leaks, blockages, damaged pipes and faulty fittings.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak detection and system inspections.
• Interpret plumbing drawings and layouts accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools and testing equipment safely.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and site workers.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and maintain site housekeeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, pipes, fittings and sanitary fixtures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• PPR, PVC, UPVC and GI pipe installation.
• Pressure testing and leak detection techniques.
• Interpretation of plumbing drawings.
• Use of hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
