Plumber – Maintenance & Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join our facilities team in Dubai. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all mechanical and building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines; carry necessary equipment such as tools and radios.
• Identify, locate, and operate shut‑off valves for equipment and building utilities.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved procedures.
• Execute basic repairs on plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and guestroom items.
• Perform interior and exterior landscaping repairs and maintain sprinkler systems.
• Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures before any maintenance work.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb unaided and handle heavier items with assistance.
• Professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company safety policies.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
