PMC Lead Packages Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned PMC Lead Packages Engineer to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams in delivering complex technical projects for a high‑profile client in the energy sector. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on planning, execution and successful completion of package engineering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of package engineering solutions across upstream, midstream and decarbonisation projects.
• Coordinate with client, design, procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, reports and deliverables for client approval.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading package engineering or similar roles within the oil, gas or low‑carbon energy sector.
• Strong track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
