PMC Specialist Construction Engineer - Civil

About the role

We are seeking a PMC Specialist Construction Engineer – Civil to join Wood’s team supporting the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role starts at the client’s office and later moves to a 6‑on/3‑off offshore rotation, delivering civil construction oversight for a major oil & gas programme.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage offshore civil construction activities on behalf of ADNOC as the Project Management Consultant.
• Ensure EPC contractors comply with project specifications, ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate contractor performance, progress reporting and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between client, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare and present regular construction status reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/offshore construction engineering.
• Proven track record in contractor management and marine operations.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and offshore construction methods.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
