PMD/PMO Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

ViTO Energy is seeking an experienced PMD/PMO Manager to lead the coordination and monitoring of EPC projects from its Abu Dhabi office. You will act as the central hub for project schedules, documentation, and communication between headquarters and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor EPC projects, ensuring schedules, milestones and deliverables are on track.
• Support project planning, reporting and documentation processes.
• Track progress, prepare management reports and assist in risk identification and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and maintain centralized project records.
• Facilitate communication between headquarters and site teams, including regular site visits.
• Support project close‑out, lessons‑learned activities and bid preparation for new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMP certification (essential).
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects ($100M+), preferably in the petrochemical or energy sector.
• Excellent written and verbal English, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
